Harnessing lived experience and holding young people’s views central is at the core of any high quality offer. But knowing how best to co-create opportunities and share power can be challenging.

This training will help you identify barriers, opportunities and solutions to embedding youth power and leadership across your organisation.

In this training, co-facilitated by a young trainee, you will:

• Gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of power in its different forms.
