Foyer Comrades

This week, we launched the Foyer Comrade network – a peer learning system that pairs up people in similar roles from Foyers across the country to make new connections, learn from one another and get inspired!

Comrade partnerships decide how best to use their time together, and what happens will depend on the wants and needs of the two people involved. You might be seeking advice, coaching, a sounding board, a source of inspiration, or more information about how another service works.

A total of 34 people signed up from 22 services – including managers of multiple services, team leaders, coaches and service managers. Each comrade is paired with someone in a similar role to themselves to make the experience as mutually valuable as possible.
We’ll switch partners around in April and August to maximise the number of connections made over the year.
