(Joel Lewis, He/Him) Project manager, designer, self-builder, leader, friend, husband and father... In each life role I am a real mix of creative energy and practical endeavour, seeking to bring people together.

(Siobhan Cunningham, She/Her) Building meaningful, impactful relationships is at the core of everything I do. My experience across both the youth and housing sector has highlighted the importance of Advantaged Thinking. When not at work you can mostly find me chasing my two young children around the beach!

(Kate Russell, She/Her) I'm passionate about people, contributing to an equitable society, accessible communication and positive thinking. I’m also a skater, sea swimmer, reader, board game player and accidental killer of houseplants.

(Jenny Liversidge-Wright, She/Her) With a background in communications and youth work, my professional purpose is to clear the way for young people to lead the lives they want to live. Outside of work, I live in pursuit of cosiness - you’ll find me crafting, gaming or snuggling up with my labrador.

(Claire Prendergast, She/Her) Experienced in service development and organisational change, I love working creatively to innovate practice within the not-for-profit sector. Making a real and positive difference to people's lives is a huge driving force behind all I do. In my spare time, I enjoy illustrating, hiking, playing guitar, reading and building magical pillow forts with my young daughter.

(Ella Craddock, She/Her) With a background in youth work and training, I care passionately about empowering people to develop skills in non-judgmental, supportive spaces. You might also find me cycling, at a gig or singing in the choir I’m a member of.

(Matty, They/Them) Been a youth worker since forever after first getting involved helping out at my local youth club over 20 years ago. But am still endlessly falling in love with the magic that happens when a group of people come together in community. I love a good brew and blether about putting the world to rights. Currently spending a lot of time thinking about failure, time, care, grief, pleasure, change, and power.

(Em Stewart, They/Them) I'm an oldie but goldie, with over a decade of experience in charity finance and operations. I'm a big believer that strong financial foundations and smart systems are what allow organisations to focus on the people they're there to serve. Outside of work, you'll find me quilting, exploring the countryside, or enjoying a city break with my lovely wife.

(Rachel Middleton, She/Her) I am passionate about helping young people to lead full and rewarding lives. My background is in teaching, youth support, management and governance. I'm a vegetable grower, jam-maker and quizzer. I also love learning other languages.

Louise is Head of Specialist Accommodation at Swan Housing and has worked in supported housing for over 25 years.

Chief Executive of Aberdeen Foyer, loves joining dots that lead to improved outcomes with young people.

Background in corporate mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on law and insurance.

Previously working in marketing and events for youth justice / creative non-profits. Currently trainer costume maker. Forever a believer in increasing social mobility for young people.

Alieu works with C-suite executive teams across sectors to help them make decisions and align quickly; bring together a diversity of perspectives; be bolder in their solutions, and overcome rational, emotional and political problems. Spotting the superhero in everyone and passionate about leading new innovation, he aims to inspire, encourage and challenge in order to go further together.
