Project manager, designer, self-builder, leader, friend, husband and father... In each life role I am a real mix of creative energy and practical endeavour, seeking to bring people together.

Building meaningful, impactful relationships is at the core of everything I do. My experience across both the youth and housing sector has highlighted the importance of Advantaged Thinking. When not at work you can mostly find me chasing my two young children around the beach!

I'm passionate about people, contributing to an equitable society, accessible communication and positive thinking. I’m also a skater, sea swimmer, reader, board game player and accidental killer of houseplants.

With a background in communications and youth work, my professional purpose is to clear the way for young people to lead the lives they want to live. Outside of work, I live in pursuit of cosiness - you’ll find me crafting, gaming or snuggling up with my labrador.

With a background in youth work and training, I care passionately about empowering people to develop skills in non-judgmental, supportive spaces. You might also find me cycling, at a gig or singing in the choir I’m a member of.

Experienced in service development and organisational change, I love working creatively to innovate practice within the not-for-profit sector. Making a real and positive difference to people's lives is a huge driving force behind all I do. In my spare time, I enjoy illustrating, hiking, playing guitar, reading and building magical pillow forts with my young daughter.

I have a background in charity finance in the advice and arts sectors. I am motivated by working with organisations that facilitate positive social change and especially those that work with young people. Outside of work I enjoy yoga and am a keen reader and member of two book groups.

I am passionate about helping young people to lead full and rewarding lives. My background is in teaching, youth support, management and governance. I'm a vegetable grower, jam-maker and quizzer. I also love learning other languages.

My background is in charity administration and governance. I love working in the charity sector and seeing the positive impact we can make to society. When I’m away from work I enjoy staying active and trying to improve my cooking skills.

Spotting the superhero in everyone and passionate about leading new innovation, he aims to inspire, encourage and challenge in order to go further together.
