Service Overview:
At The Lodge you can expect a home which is safe, secure and warm. They provide specialist semi-independent housing for care leavers aged 16–18 years old that offers high quality accommodation and strengths-based support.
Young People are offered bespoke support with a tailored support plan and risk assessment. They work alongside young people to develop independent living skills including budgeting, money management skills, daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning and shopping. Offering both formal and informal group activity sessions. Focusing and promoting educational and employment opportunities to young people.
