Service Overview:
Sunrise Foyer is a supported housing scheme which offers 30 modern flats for young people aged between 18 and 25 facing homelessness. The redevelopment includes studio flats, one-bedroom flats and 2 fully accessible bungalows. 24-hour on-site support is included as well as life skills training being offered to the residents too. Communal spaces such as a gym, laundry facilities, landscaped gardens and activity rooms, were all built to the highest standards.
Residents are referred from Medway Council.
