Service Overview:

The Foyer is located very near to the town centre of Ludlow, a small market town with a strong tourist industry. It is immediately to the rear of a large Tesco store and the main stake-holding agencies are easy to access, with most facilities within walking distance. The Foyer is situated in a former Mill built in the 1890s by a prominent local firm of corn merchants and bakers. The current service offers 13 flats consisting of three clusters of 4 en-suite flats sharing communal kitchens, along with a crash-pad unit on the ground floor. The residential accommodation is accessed via a central metal open staircase, in keeping with the Mill’s history, with a lift available for all floors.

The Foyer is in good decorative order and well maintained with a communal lounge previously decorated with resident involvement, offering a mix of gym equipment, table football and flat screen TV with Xbox. The lounge offers direct access to the resident laundry, which encourages social contact. Young people also benefit from a wellbeing room with arts and craft resources, which converts into a general meeting and training room as required. A concierge service is available out of hours.
