Service Overview:
Carthew House provides accommodation for six young parents and one young person aged 16-24 years old. It is situated within a cul-de-sac so there is on the street parking available.
All flats are single flats and fully furnished except for washing machines and dryers. Onsite they have a large communal training kitchen, laundry room, a living area with lots of children’s toys, sofas and a TV, a staff sleep in room as sleeping night staff are on shift every night, two offices, a smaller quiet room, a small playroom, a conservatory and two garages for storage. It also has a large garden which is both paved and has grass and a Wendy house is there for the children.
The support team are based on site and is 24 hour with a sleeping night housing support assistant.
